Summer days are here- excitement and fear in the pic above! School is out for G! Graham Theo Thames. Theo meaning gift from God. Who truly is our wild Indian, bull in a china shop, pull my hair out, life loving, funny and entertaining gift from God. He was our bonus baby who has brought more joy than we could imagine in the past three difficult years. He also has brought me more gray hairs than Leukemia. This summer our goal is to work on not peeing wherever he feels like it, like walking to the bathroom instead of walking to our back door to pee right outside on the deck ! small baby steps.

I listened to a podcast a couple weeks ago that I loved and wanted to share for any of you raising little children. My attempt to be a more awakened and less frustrated parent of this wild child! eek

It is one from Oprahs super soul conversation series from the Author- Shefali Tsabary, who wrote the book the awakened family.

So heres's to trying to be conscious, calm, present and more compassionate towards my little zen masters for the next ten weeks. Wish me luck. Will also have plenty of wine to get us through just incase this doesn't work :)
